All Rainford products are made by skilled craftsmen using the finest quality materials.

Alteration to design
As we continue to improve our products, we reserve the right to alter or amend any quoted sizes or designs without prior notice. Sizes shown on this website are approximate.

Delivery
We take real care in the delivery of all our products. The vast majority of orders are delivered by our own transport and normally dispatched within three weeks from receipt of your order.

Collection
Most of our fire surrounds fit into an average family car, although if you are travelling any great distance, we advise you to contact us first to ensure the products you require are in stock.

Terms of payment
Customers are requested to enclose their remittance with their order - cheque, Access, Barclaycard, Diners Club or American Express.

Fixing service
We offer competitive rates for the fixing of any of our products. Quotations submitted on request.

DIY fixing
Upon request, all products can be supplied with comprehensive fixing instructions. All fireplaces come in a natural white finish and require painting with an oil-based paint.

Marble
Choose from an extensive range of coloured marble cut to your requirements and supplied subject to variations in colour, stopping, cramping and natural defects. Like all natural products, marble cannot be guaranteed against heat.
